SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms apply to the Trestle Logistics LLC (Trestle Logistics) driver-recruitment text-message program. SMS signup is available through the HighLevel chat widget on our website. The driver application is separate and does not collect SMS consent.

Messages

The widget explains the type of Trestle Logistics messages you are choosing to receive, such as promotional driving opportunities and recruiting services. Messages may use automated technology. Your consent covers only the message categories shown in the widget when you sign up.

Signing up

Open the chat widget on our website, enter your mobile number, review the SMS disclosure, and complete the widget’s opt-in steps. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use. Providing a phone number in our separate driver application does not subscribe you to SMS.

Text-message consent is not a condition of applying, receiving recruiting assistance, being considered for employment, or making a purchase.

Frequency and costs

The number of texts varies with your application activity, responses, and relevant opportunities. Your wireless provider may charge for incoming or outgoing messages and data according to your plan. Contact your provider if you have questions about those charges.

Stop messages

Reply STOP to any Trestle recruiting text to withdraw SMS consent. We will stop program messages to that number; one final text may confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You can also request an opt-out by emailing alex@trestlelogistics.com. To join again, provide fresh consent through the chat widget. Tell us if you change your number so we can update our records.

Delivery

Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and device availability and may be delayed or fail. Wireless carriers bear no responsibility for messages that arrive late or do not arrive. Recruiting messages do not guarantee a job offer or placement.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Trestle Logistics uses application information, protects SMS consent, and handles your requests. Your SMS consent applies to Trestle Logistics and is not transferred to other companies for their own marketing.

This program is operated by Trestle Logistics LLC. Updated terms will appear on this page. A new messaging purpose requires any additional consent that applies.
