Trestle Logistics LLC (Trestle Logistics) provides driver recruitment services for trucking companies. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through this website and our recruiting text-message program.
Information you provide
Our driver application asks for your first and last name, mobile number, email address, driving experience, and preferred position. We also receive the information you choose to include in emails, calls, or text messages. If you choose to receive texts through the HighLevel chat widget, the information and consent you submit in that widget are processed through HighLevel/LeadConnector. Our driver application does not collect SMS consent.
How we use information
We use application information to review your experience, understand your preferences, respond to your request, and help you explore driving opportunities. We use contact and consent records to manage communication preferences, respond to support requests, and document permission to send messages.
Submitting an application allows us to respond by email or phone call about that application. It does not automatically subscribe you to text messages. SMS consent is collected separately through the HighLevel chat widget and applies only to the messages described in its disclosure.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional activities. Text-message opt-in information and consent are not provided to other businesses for their own use. Limited access by service providers supporting our messaging and customer service is permitted only to perform those services for Trestle Logistics. Consent to Trestle texts does not authorize messages from a trucking company or another sender.
Services that process information
Website applications are transmitted through FormSubmit for delivery to our team’s email. Our chat widget and business messaging use GoHighLevel and LeadConnector. Information entered in the widget is sent to those services to handle your request and record any SMS consent. Hosting, email, and communications providers may process the information needed to operate their services on our behalf. Their technical systems may receive connection information such as an IP address, device or browser information, and service logs.

Your choices
SMS signup through the chat widget is optional. You can submit the driver application without using the widget or agreeing to texts. Declining texts does not affect your ability to request recruiting assistance and is not a condition of purchase or employment consideration.
To stop our texts, reply STOP to the number that messaged you. A final confirmation may acknowledge your request. For messaging help, reply HELP or email alex@trestlelogistics.com. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for more information.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We may retain limited records where needed to honor an opt-out, document consent, comply with obligations, or resolve a dispute.
Retention and security
We keep information for recruiting, communication, and recordkeeping purposes while it is needed, subject to applicable requirements and deletion requests. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it for those purposes. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including sensitive identity, medical, or financial documents in this short application.
Website technology and other links
The driver application does not save your entered details in your browser’s local storage. The HighLevel chat widget may use cookies or browser storage to maintain a conversation and support its functions. Our website loads fonts and uses hosting services that receive normal connection information. External sites linked from our website operate under their own privacy policies.
Policy updates and contact
Changes will appear on this page with an updated effective date. An update does not create SMS consent for someone who has not opted in.
